As always the last couple of months at Rivendell have been hectic with the team dashing from one location to another. From Bristol to Bath and everywhere in between the team have been installing beautiful new floors whether carpet, vinyl or hardwood.

Last month however, the team headed off to Calne in Wiltshire with a van full of samples and ideas for new Contract Flooring at the beautiful Wellington Barn Wedding and Conference venue before fitting some stunning new carpet.

Wellington Barn is a luxury event venue set in historical settings ideal for weddings and other celebrations. The venue prides themselves on providing a flawless backdrop for weddings, corporate events and private functions for up to 180 people. Wellington Barn has been in the Maundrell family for generations and the estate dates back as far as the 1600s. After the greats gales of 2000 the barn fell into a state of disrepair and in 2006 underwent repair and modernisation after the increasing requests for barn wedding receptions. Although a dramatically different place than it was in its formative years, Wellington Barn still retains an air of charm and historic atmosphere.
