Autumnal Flooring Transformations
September 2, 2024 1:18 pmDespite being promised an Indian Summer that didn’t quite deliver, we love Autumn. And we’re officially making headway through the crunchy leaves, crisp air, and beautiful colours of reds and oranges.
With a new season comes new trends as we saw throughout September with Fashion Week in London, New York and Paris. Perhaps unsurprisingly the interior design world isn’t any different with new lines being added to collections from Alternative Flooring and Karndean to name a few.
Bring The Outdoors In
For bold colours and punchy patterns Quirky B from Alternative Flooring has all the answers. One of our favourite lines has now introduced a new range to its current collection, and the results are beautiful.
Ben Pentreath is the latest designer to be utilised by Alternative Flooring to aid the Quirky B collection in bringing your living space to life. A shopkeeper, author, journalist, and leading interior & architectural designer in the UK, Ben is responsible for both large scale urban masterplans and small individual private houses.
Renowned for his fresh approach to classical and traditional design you’ll find deep autumnal colours mixed with bold patterns.
Impress with Nature Inspired Design
Producing a beautiful range of luxury vinyl floor tiles in both stone and wood, Moduleo have further enhanced their Impress collection this Autumn.
Bringing to life the smallest details of real wood, the Impress Collection now features five new wood designs with 22 additional colour options. The brand-new herringbone option will also soon be available on all products in this range (as well as the Transform Collection).
Again challenging the beauty of Autumn, the new additions continue to express the true beauty of nature with registered embossing to ensure they are the ultimate in realistic and nature-inspired design.
Rustic Vinyl’s
For wood, stone, and iconic effects such as mosaic, Karndean continue to develop imaginative and innovative flooring. This Autumn they have added 12 new designs to their striking Da Vinci collection offering traditional finishes combined with angled edges for a truly classic look.
Popular for their narrow wood effect planks, deep bevel, and smooth finishes the Da Vinci collection now includes four modern limed planks, three classic oak looks, three burnt and smoked designs, and two worn and aged driftwoods. Taking inspiration from a continuing trend towards reclaimed and repurposed materials at home the extended collection is modern rustic.
